Use of Teacher Off Duty

Teacher Off Duty (the "Service") provides AI-generated substitute teaching plans and related documents for teachers. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.

Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer paid subscription plans, including Sub Plans, All Access, and Annual Access. Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and Teacher Off Duty does not store your full credit card number.

Renewals & Cancellation

All plans renew automatically until canceled. Monthly plans renew each month and Annual Access renews yearly. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage Billing. Plans remain active through the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Because Teacher Off Duty provides immediate access to digital tools and AI-generated content, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

User Content

You are responsible for the teacher-entered content you provide, including classroom information and profile details. Please avoid entering sensitive student personal information unless necessary and appropriate.

AI-Generated Plans

Plans created by the Service are drafts and should be reviewed by the teacher before use. We do not guarantee that generated plans are error-free, complete, or appropriate for every classroom. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting content for your students.

Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful educational purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service. You may not share your account access in a way that violates our subscription terms.

Limitation of Liability

Teacher Off Duty is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Service.
